The surname appears to be Гамольский (Gamolsky). This is record M40 from Fond 193, Opis 4, Delo 294. I am especially interested in: - the child’s full name - the father’s full name and patronymic - the mother’s full name - the parents’ social status / registered estate - place of registration or residence, if stated - date of birth - date of circumcision - any other genealogically useful information in the entry Please transcribe the Russian as literally as possible before translating it, especially the names and patronymics.
