Could someone transcribe and translate act 202 (male row) from this 1883 Bialystok birth register? I especially need the parents' column - the status/occupation word, the father's name and patronymic, the mother's name - and the exact dates. Column headings attached. Thank you! Part of the text may be Polish rather than Russian.
