Akta 54 is an 1840 death record from Ostrów Mazowiecka, Ostrów Mazowiecka, Poland for Ick OZDOBA, who might be my fifth-great-grandfather. I would be grateful if someone could translate it in full. Thanks so much! Hopefully the handwriting isn’t too hard to read.

9/27/2026 6:34 PM	Hello, Although the deceased is named Ick OZDOBA, he cannot be your ancestor, as he sadly died at the age of 4 months. He was from Ugniewo, near Ostrów Mazowiecka, and his parents were Berek Ickowicz and Sora Joskowna. Let me know if you would still like the rest translated.
