Явился Ицек Борухович, сапожник, 56 лет, в городе Петроков проживающий и в присутствии свидетелей: …Абрамовича, божничного писаря, 30 лет и Янкеля Хенцинопало, божничного школьника, 53 лет.
1 мая 1877 в 4 часа дня родился Мошек от законной жены Эстеры Махели, урожденной Гольдштийн, 42 года.
Опоздание в составлении акта произошло по причине болезни отца.
Акт подписан всеми, кроме отца (неграмотный).

Appeared Itsek Borukhovich, a shoemaker, 56 years old, residing in the city of Piotrków, in the presence of witnesses: …Abramovich, a synagogue scribe, 30 years old, and Yankel Khentsinopalo, a synagogue attendant, 53 years old.
On May 1, 1877, at 4:00 p.m., Moshek was born to the lawful wife Estera Makheli, née Goldshteyn, 42 years old.
The delay in drawing up the record occurred due to the father's illness.
The record is signed by all except the father (illiterate).
