Left side:

Here lies

SIMCHA daughter of Reb Yitzchak Baruch

She passed away 28 Kislev 5695

May her soul be bound up in the bond of life.
-----------------------------------------------------
The name Simcha [SIM-chah] means joy or happiness. This name is given to both males and females.

'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

Yitzchak [YITS-chahk] is Isaac.

Baruch [BAH-rooch, with the 'oo' pronounced as in 'good'] means blessed. This name is sometimes matched with the secular name of Benedict.

In all three of the names, the 'ch' is pronounced as in Chanukah or Bach.

The 28th day of Kislev is the 4th day of Chanukah.

========================================================
Right side:

Here lies

MOSHE MORDECHAI son of Reb Ze'ev

He passed away 9 Tamuz 5694

May his soul be bound up in the bond of life.
-----------------------------------------------
Moshe [MOE-sheh] is Moses.

Mordechai [MOR-deh-chigh] is a Biblical name from the Book of Esther

Ze'ev [zeh-AYV or zeh-ev] is Hebrew for wolf.
