Place and date of birth registration: Warsaw, 11 (Julian) / 23 (Gregorian) February 1847.

Birth reported by father, Lejb SZYDŁO, cobbler aged 25, residing in Warsaw at #2872 Wróbla Street.

Witnesses: Majer Berek DRESZER, synagogue sexton aged 34 residing at #2782 Aleksander Street, and Chaim SZYDŁO, cobbler aged 65, residing at #202 Brzozowa Street.

Female child born in Warsaw on 1 March 1845 to him and his wife Fayga z (from the house of) Chaimów aged 30.

The child was named Hana.

Late registration - something to do with the father's employment.
