The annual meeting of the Highams Park and Chingford Synagogue (affiliated to the United Synagogue) took place in the Synagogue Hall, Marlborough Road, last week. Mr. J. Goldbart, Warden, presided. There was a large number of nominations, and a ballot resulted-in the following being elected: Mr. J. Goldbart and Dr. A.H. Woolfson, Wardens; Mr. V.J. Leigh, Financial Representative; Dr. H. Blair, Messrs. M. Ansell, B. Bernard, A. Bloom, M. Coevorden, M. Feldman, M. Franks, H. Levene, A. Prague, L. Ruda, J. Solomon, and P. Stitcher, Committee; Dr. A.H. Woolfson, Representative at Deputies; and M. Coevorden and J. Solomon, Auditors.
