• The major database resources for South Africa Jewish research
• Kaplan Centre at UCT and the South African Jewish Museum (SAJM) and the CHOL online
• Immigration and the lure of the mines
• Vital Records in South Africa and what to expect from wills and probate

Skills you will learn

How to use major online databases for South African records; what records exist for your town and surname; how to Organize and track your research.

This intermediary class requires a surname and town in South Africa—application required.
