I know that this is the marriage cert of my grandmother, Ruchla Glicksman, to her first husband, Szymon Pruskaujer. I would like to know the names of her parents and of Szymon's parents. And I would like to know exactly where the marriage took place.

It took place on February 9/21 (Julian/Gregorian date) 1899 in Chenstohov (Poland). It is no mentioning of Shimon's parents as he was 44 y.o. widower, only his previous wife Leah born Do{f}- I am not sure about this last letter.
Your grandmother:Ruchla-Beila {...}Glickman, never been marrie, 20 y.o., born in the town of Kromolov, daughter of Adolf Glickman, who was not alive at the time this marriage took place, and Tzivia, born Pik, residing in Chenstohov.
