Send payments to Gesher Galicia via PayPal
Gesher Galicia, Inc. (GG) has selected PayPal, a secure, international, on-line payment service, partly in response to requests from our overseas members and partly because of the high fees we incur when processing checks on foreign banks, even in US dollars. If you prefer, however, you may continue to mail your personal check or money order (or cash), provided that payments are in US Dollars on a U.S. bank.
It's easy and safe to send money by credit card or other means via the Internet to GG's PayPal account. With your personal PayPal account, you may send and receive money with no PayPal fee, although GG pays a very small fee to receive your payment. PayPal requires an e-mail address in order to send you confirmation of having paid. If you don't already have an e-mail address, you may sign up for a free e-mail address (e.g., with yahoo, hotmail, gmail, or juno, etc.) from your own computer, from a library or cyber cafe, or from someone else's computer. If you are not familiar with using the Internet, ask for assistance. You may wish to print or write these instructions before continuing. Here's how:
- Go to http://www.paypal.com
- If you already have a PayPal account, log in. If not, sign up for a PayPal account. Easy directions are on www.paypal.com.
- Click on the Send Money tab
- Send to: geshergalicia@comcast.net
- Amount: $US as per item(s) ordered
- Category: Goods, Services / Other (as appropriate)
- E-mail subject:
- 14 Years of The Galitzianer CD
- Jews of Galicia Book or CD
- GG video or DVD
- GG membership or renewal
- Bad Arolsen Research Project, Donation
- Cadastral Map / Landowner Records Project, Donation to [Town] or General Fund
- Donation to GG - please indicate the project name, if any
Note
For GG item, indicate how many and type. Put the full name and mailing address where each is to be sent.
For GG membership, indicate if new or renewal, paper or electronic issues, and whether USA/Canada or Overseas. Put the full name and mailing address of the new or renewing member.
